I participated in the premeditation and immediately my fingertips started tingling which soon spread through my entire body. I visualized brilliant light filled raindrops filling our galaxy and raining down on Gaia. Eventually this turned into a golden grid connection of the carefully placed Cintamani stones throughout the planet. My personal Cintamani stone felt so warm as I held it through the meditation and felt guided to hold it over my heart. The energy I felt lingered for a good 40 minutes following the completion of the meditation. Very powerful!!
